Classes

Our classes are for beginners to intermediate levels. If you haven’t practiced boxing before and are a true beginner, we encourage at least a one-time Personal Training Session to learn your basics before entering class. Please call to book your Personal Session if you decide to learn before you start. Don’t hesitate to call us with any questions! Thank You.

All classes are first-come, first-served, so please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

Youth Development Program

We encourage and prefer for all new Youth with no Boxing experience to take minimum, one Personal Session to learn the basics and get comfortable in their newfound sport.

For ages 13 and up that wish to train more intense and get sparring experience.

Monday-Friday 6-7pm Class

Enhancing youth interested in becoming amateur boxers and promoting fitness, focusing on conditioning and developing technique.

A rigid class that promotes fitness & discipline together with the fundamentals of boxing. Our youth trainers are high energy and well experienced to work with kids.
